We produce our own strong cider at a cider farm over near Skælskør, The farm currently has about 400 cider apple trees.

The cider we produce is produced from the fresh apples – not from reconstituted juice as many of the larger cider producers do.  


The apples are scratted and the juice extracted using the traditional rack and cloth press method. (We have slightly more modern equipment!)

All the ciders currently produced are made from a mix of from 2 to 4 varieties of apples to obtain the desired flavours – in addition the ‘Juicy Pear’ is produced by using pears in the majority. We intend to produce additional cider varieties later in the year.

 All of our ciders are unfiltered and not pasteurised
